General requirements
Employee employer
- The company abroad must have been in operation for at least two years and have at least four employees.
- The executive to be transferred must appear on the company’s payroll abroad for at least one year.
- The applicant must have an administrative position within the company abroad, which must be demonstrated in an organizational chart.
- The company abroad must be economically active. Even if it doesn’t show a profit.
- The company in the United States must have at least one commercial location (even if it is a small office), state and federal registration, bank accounts, occupational licenses and permits, and, most importantly, the Business Plan, in which AXIAVANT is a pioneer in the industry.
